David Aiken “Toby” Rogers
David Aiken “Toby” Rogers, 53, a resident of 714 North Durham Avenue, died Monday, July 26, 2010 at his home.
A native of Granville County, the son of the late James Lambreth and Evelyn Aiken Rogers. He was a member of Creedmoor First Baptist Church where he played the organ and was former owner of Kay’s Florist.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, July 28, 2010, at Creedmoor First Baptist Church by Dr. Gerald Goodwin, Dr. Tom Jenkins and Rev. David Richardson. Burial will be in Carolina Memorial Gardens.
Surviving are a brother, James Warren Rogers (Debra) of Creedmoor and two nieces, Lauren and Selena Rogers.
Flowers accepted or memorials may be made to Creedmoor First Baptist Church, Bus Fund, Post Office Box 38, Creedmoor, North Carolina 27522.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 28, 2010 from 1:30 – 3:00 PM prior to the funeral services at Creedmoor First Baptist Church and other times at 714 North Durham Avenue.
