James Brad “J.B.” Brogden
James Brad “J.B.” Brogden, 79 , a resident of 4023 Belle Town Road died Tuesday, March 2nd at Durham Regional Hospital .
A native of Wake County, the son of the late James and Bertha Gay Brogden. He was a member and deacon of the Tally Ho First Baptist Church an Army veteran of the Korea Conflict and a retired farmer.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday, March 4th at Tally Ho First Baptist Church by Rev. Tommy Robertson and Rev. Corey Cobb. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Surviving are his wife of 60 years , Naomi Evans Brogden of the home, a daughter, Teresa B. Jovich of Oxford, two sons, Danny Brogden of Oxford, Larry Brogden of Oxford, two sisters, Sallie Carden and Judy Chisenhall , both of Creedmoor, a brother, Tommy Brogden of Creedmoor, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Brothers, Arthur, Wallace and Douglas Brogden preceded him in death.
The family wishes to express their appreciation to Dr. William Abernathy and all the doctors at Regional Cancer Center.

Visitation 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM Thursday prior to the service at Tally Ho First Baptist Church.
